A published poet and writer with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, Cara has a passion for storytelling that informs and complements her teaching practice. Ms. Cara deepened her connection to Steiner’s philosophy and holistic approach to education during her time at the West Coast Institute for Studies in Anthroposophy where she undertook training in Grades Teaching. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, further enriching her ability to support students’ growth and well-being. A strong believer in the importance of connecting to nature and the land, Ms. Cara incorporates outdoor learning and environmental awareness into her teaching.
